This is a course for those who have some
experience in process service. Its purpose is to enhance
your knowledge base, and improve techniques. It is intended
to give you, the student -
1) a review of the fundamentals of serving
process out of today's Texas courts;
2) an in-depth look at the Texas Rules
of Civil Procedure that pertain to the profession;
3) an analysis of federal and state law
that regulates the profession;;
4) practical applications through the use
of innovative techniques.
The course is broken down into seven sections,
or modules:

and codes analyzed
module 4 - Federal law:
rules, statutes and codes analyzed
module 5 - Forms and Procedure
